DESCRIPTION:BIG Design Ljubljana is a dynamic design festival showcasing events\, exhibitions\, lectures\, debates\, and awards that highlight the best in design excellence. Its mission is to elevate the role of design in society and to spotlight its creative potential. BIG Design Exhibition is a curated event in the heart of Ljubljana\, serving as a creative pool for exchanging new design narratives with an audience hungry for good design\, innovations\, and experiences. \nFor years\, we have been striving to promote the most prominent achievements in as public spaces as possible\, where they are accessible to the largest number of people. Last autumn\, we “occupied” the area in front of City Hall and Stritarjeva Street\, and this year we will expand to Tromostovje\, Prešeren Square\, and Mestni Square. The highlights of the event include the BIG Design Show exhibition with the Eat & Drink Design Performance\, presentations and award ceremonies\, the Progress Powered by Design conference\, and current design discussions.
